Player signings are likely still a bit off as only two teams have revealed their head coaches, and only three teams in the league have official team names confirmed.

There is however some news to come on August 15, 2024, as the NSL Ottawa X Account will make some sort of announcement. NSL Ottawa seemed to be the quietest of the six Northern Super League teams, so it will be exciting to see what they have in store for everyone.

As for AFC Toronto, two of the three people came from the North Toronto Soccer Club. Also, it will help the players of AFC Toronto to know that their head coach and assistant coach has experience playing the game themselves. In addition to that, Forbes has experience switching from a forward to a defender, something that can come in handy when coaching the players of AFC Toronto.
